Steve Juneau: Gangs in Indian Country Training This popular training program provides attendees with a comprehensive examination of the national gang threat situation and impact in tribal communities. The training session includes courses in the National Indian Country gang and drug threat assessments, historical perspectives of gangs in Indian Country, Native prison gangs, gang involvement indicators, tribal youth and gangs, graffiti, transnational drug trafficking impact in Indian Country, and sub-gang cultures in tribal communities and schools.

For a non-law enforcement session, the interactive program identifies next-steps in prevention and education using collaborative problem solving techniques and best practice examples implemented by tribal communities.

For law enforcement only session, the session includes an examination of developing investigative gang cases, establishing a gang prevention model, gang intelligence gathering resources, and examples of tribal gang identification policy.
