Chief Operations Officer
Cyndi Davis has been the Chief Operations Officer of Lamar Associates since 2005. Prior to joining Lamar Associates, she owned and operated a successful business for 18 years, served on numerous boards as director/President and was elected to the City Council of Folsom, CA– breaking the glass ceiling as the first female to serve in the position of Vice Mayor, two terms. She has a passion for public service, has received commendations and awards for her community service and graduated from the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth.
At Lamar Associates, she capably oversees the operations and budget planning for Lamar Associates, including financial and reporting requirements, overseeing the completion of administrative responsibilities for projects and grants; assuring compliance with federal financial programs and reporting requirements; overseeing all operations and financial business for projects that will include but not be limited to consultant contracts, reimbursement paperwork for faculty and staff; accounts payable and payroll.
She ensures the success of Lamar Associates while supporting the motto: “We do what we do not just to make money, but to make a difference while making a living”
